 ate\, and university policy level. Participants will gain an understandin
 g of the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act\, including 
 what constitutes a "disability\," what constitutes a "reasonable accommod
 ation\," and what constitutes discrimination against a person with a disa
 bility. Also covered are State Law and University Policy regarding indivi
 duals with disabilities\, disability etiquette\, case studies\, and campu
 s contacts for assistance in handling ADA issues with employees\, student
