 derator variable (W)\, and a dependent variable (Y). It examines whether 
 the relationship between X and Y is influenced by the levels of W. Mediat
 ion analysis is used to examine whether the relationship between X and Y 
 is through a mediator variable (M). In this workshop\, we will use the PR
 OCESS program created by Dr. Andrew Hayes\, and SPSS\, R to conduct moder
