DESCRIPTION:The TA Coffee Hour\, a great place to talk teaching\, troubles
 hoot challenges\, and connect across campus\, is back!\n\nThis informal s
 ession\, held twice per week on a biweekly schedule\, is a chance to take
  a break\, grab a snack\, and talk about all things Teaching Assistant wi
 th other TAs and Teaching Mentors (TMs).\n\nEach session kicks off with a
  starting theme\, like building classroom community or navigating conflic
 t\, but where the conversation goes is up to you. Whether you're facing t
 ough classroom dynamics\, looking for feedback\, or just want to hear how
  others are handling similar challenges\, this is your space.\n\nCome to 
 share\, listen\, swap strategies\, and workshop real situations in a rela
 xed\, supportive setting. TAs from all departments and at all levels of e
 xperience are welcome.\n\nLight refreshments provided. Curiosity and ques
