DESCRIPTION:Breaking the Cycle is a supportive peer group for college stud
 ents who grew up with a parent or family member who struggled with substa
 nce use and mental health challenges. These early experiences can have la
 sting effects on relationships\, self-esteem\, emotional well-being\, and
  daily life. This support group provide a safe\, confidential\, and compa
 ssionate space for young adults to connect with others who share similar
