DESCRIPTION:Navigate Leadership is a year-long leadership development expe
 rience designed to help students strengthen their leadership skills throu
 gh interactive\, practical workshops. Formerly known as Leadership Accele
 rator\, Navigate Leadership offers a flexible approach to leadership lear
 ning\, allowing participants to engage in programs that best fit their pe
 rsonal growth goals and organizational needs!\n\nParticipants can choose 
 from seven workshops throughout the academic year—three in the fall and f
 our in the spring—and must attend at least five sessions to formally comp
 lete the program. Students who formally complete the program will be invi
 ted to a formal end-of-year Reception\, be awarded a professional LinkedI
 n badge\, as well as formal recognition on the SLD website and Instagram 
 (@wmleads)!\n\nWe welcome students to attend any individual sessions that
  interest you\, even if that is only one throughout the year! We encourag
 e you to attend on your own\, bring a friend\, or participate alongside y
 our organization's executive board!\n\nFall workshops include DiSC\, Conf
 lict Styles & Courageous Dialogue\, and The Five Practices of Exemplary L
 eadership. Spring workshops feature Emotionally Intelligent Leadership\,
