DESCRIPTION:Floor STUFF is a modern dance class devoted to techniques for 
 yielding safely and efficiently to gravity. Class begins with a warm-up i
 nformed by Bartenieff Fundamentals before moving into movement sequences 
 that travel across the floor\, first practicing individual movement princ
 iples through drills and then weaving those principles into increasingly 
 complex phrases.\n\nThis free class is part of the Department of Performi
 ng Arts and Technology's Master Class Series and is open to NC State stud
 ents\, staff and faculty. Advanced registration is highly recommended.\n\
