DESCRIPTION:Have you been feeling the weight of sadness\, grief\, or depre
 ssion? In this community\, we share our stories and support each other th
 rough the loneliness and self-judgment that often accompany tough times. 
 We'll use low-effort activities like journaling and doodling to explore o
 ur emotions as we engage in discussion\, anonymous advice sessions\, and 
 more. At your own pace\, join us in opening up without filters and connec
 ting over shared struggles. No formal diagnosis required.\n\nNote: This i
 s not a replacement for clinical mental health services.\n\nSHARE Communi
 ties are weekly student-led groups where peers with similar interests\, c
 oncerns\, or wellness goals can find community and social connection that
  goes beyond surface-level. They are places to step away from the grind a
 nd let down the mask\, where mutual support\, imperfection\, and “real” c
 onversations are the expectation rather than the exception. We aim to giv
 e fellow students a place to be themselves and feel at home\, where their
  resources and inner wisdom can directly benefit others going through sim
