DESCRIPTION:What is Snowflake\, and how can it help us make better use of 
 data?\n\nPresented collaboratively by the ITS Data & Analytics and Financ
 e & Administration teams\, this introductory session explores Snowflake\,
  a cloud-based data platform that enables users to access\, combine\, exp
 lore\, and analyze information from multiple sources.\n\nParticipants wil
 l learn how Snowflake works\, how data is organized within the platform\,
  and how to navigate its interface. We'll introduce the fundamentals of S
 QL\, demonstrate how to find and query information\, and explore practica
 l applications\, including combining datasets\, building reusable views\,
  and connecting Snowflake to reporting tools such as Power BI.\n\nThrough
  real-world examples\, we'll show how Snowflake can reduce manual reporti
 ng\, make data more accessible\, and turn complex information into useful
  insights. We'll also briefly introduce some of Snowflake's emerging AI c
 apabilities.\n\nWhether you're completely new to Snowflake or already fam
 iliar with SQL and curious about the platform\, this session will provide
