DESCRIPTION:Learning Outcomes\n\n• Residents will compare different Trader
  Joe’s snacks and determine the value based on taste\, variety\, and affo
 rdability.\n\n• Residents will practice budgeting purchasing decisions by
  working together to build a snack haul within a set budget.\n\n• Residen
 ts will build connections with one another through a collaborative activi
 ty and conversation.\n\nProgram Description\n\nResidents are invited to t
 he UVA Classroom for TJs & PJs\, a cozy pajama event featuring a variety 
 of Trader Joe's snacks and drinks\, plus an interactive snack activity. R
 esidents are invited to stop by in their pajamas to sample different snac
 ks\, discover new favorites\, and relax in a casual setting.\n\nThe progr
 am will incorporate different Trader Joe’s snacks into a challenge where 
 residents guess the price of different snacks & vote for their favorite. 
 Residents can work together to determine what snack has the best value wh
 ile staying within a budget. This activity will encourage residents to us
 e critical thinking in their purchasing decisions while also finding affo
 rdable snacks they can incorporate into their lives.\n\nThe overall goal 
 of this program is to help residents develop budgeting and decision-makin
 g skills while fostering community. Residents will leave this program wit
 h new snack ideas\, practice budget-conscious choices\, and have the oppo
