DESCRIPTION:Join the University Career Center for an interactive workshop 
 designed to help students build confidence and prepare effectively for in
 terviews. Students will learn about different interview formats\, includi
 ng phone\, virtual\, asynchronous\, case\, and technical interviews\, wit
 h practical tips for approaching each. The session will focus especially 
 on behavioral interviewing\, including how to prepare for common question
 s\, research an employer and role\, and develop clear\, compelling exampl
 es that highlight skills and experiences. Students will leave with strate
 gies to feel more prepared\, communicate their experiences effectively\, 
 and approach interviews with greater confidence.\n\nLearning Outcomes\nBy
  the end of the workshop\, students will be able to:\n\n• Identify differ
 ent types of interview formats and strategies for preparing for each.\n\n
 • Recognize key information to research about an employer and position be
 fore an interview.\n\n• Develop and organize “power stories” that clearly
  communicate your skills\, experiences and strengths.\n\nNACE Career Read
