 Not only can it be hard to know where to start and how to go about the se
 arch process\, but it almost always includes managing mental and emotiona
 l stress. Dealing with anxiety\, stress\, worry\, and insecurity in the j
 ob and internship search is both common and normal! This is especially th
 e case in our current moment\, as the job market is highly competitive an
 d searches are taking longer than they have in recent years.\n\nPlease jo
 in Monique McIntyre\, Embedded Counselor for the INFO College\, and Kevin
  Kenneally\, Program Director for the University Career Center at INFO\, 
 for this engaging workshop that will teach you how to effectively manage 
 the job search logistically and mentally/emotionally. Monique and Kevin w
 ant you to leave this workshop with concrete steps in mind to engage in t
 he job/internship process effectively while knowing how to take care of y
