 ip to Cheyenne Bottoms and Quivira National Wildlife Refuge on November 7
 -8!\n\nWe plan to depart Manhattan on Saturday morning\, November 7\, and
  start by exploring Cheyenne Bottoms and other birding sites around Great
  Bend\, KS. That evening\, we'll head to Quivira National Wildlife Refuge
 \, where we hope to spot migrating Sandhill Cranes and the endangered Who
 oping Crane!\n\nWe'll camp overnight near Sterling\, KS\, before returnin
 g to Quivira for more birdwatching Sunday morning. We plan to depart for 
 Manhattan around midday Sunday\, November 8.\n\nMeeting Location & Transp
 ortation: Most members will meet at the Ackert Hall/Engineering Building 
 parking lot on Saturday morning before departing together. Members who pr
 efer to drive separately may arrange to meet the group at Cheyenne Bottom
 s or Quivira National Wildlife Refuge. We'll confirm exact departure time
 s and meeting arrangements closer to the trip.\n\nPlease note: This itine
