 mherst to hear oral arguments in six pending cases. The arguments are ope
 n to the public\, offering students a fantastic opportunity to see the Ap
 peals Court in action right here on campus.\n\nThe three justices on the 
 panel will hold a special informal discussion after the hearings to answe
 r students' questions. Typically\, the hearings include three criminal ca
 ses and three civil cases.\n\nThe panel will be comprised of Associate Ju
