DESCRIPTION:Residents will participate in a fall-themed phone charm/ brace
 let-making bar where they can create personalized bracelets using beads\,
  letter beads\, and charms. The program will take place in Tukwut on 11/1
 3 at 5:30pm. Residents will have the opportunity to socialize\, connect w
 ith resources SLIC has to offer\, teach one another different techniques\
 , and build connections with their neighbors in a fun\, creative environm
 ent.\n\nThree Learning Outcomes\n• Residents will practice collaborative 
 learning by sharing design ideas with another participant.\n\n• Residents
  will strengthen their interpersonal connections by interacting with peer
 s and helping one another create personalized bracelets.\n\n• Residents w
 ill identify at least one way to continue building a positive and support
 ive community with SLIC.\n\nConnection to the Curriculum Domain\nDomain: 
 Collaborative Leadership\n\nThis program aligns with Collaborative Leader
 ship by encouraging residents to work together\, exchange creative ideas\
 , and learn new skills from one another. Through sharing bracelet-making 
 techniques and assisting their peers\, residents will practice cooperatio
 n and communication while building relationships within their residential
  community\, as well as learning information from SLIC and how they can g
 et more involved on campus\, or what resources SLIC has to offer. The act
 ivity demonstrates how collaboration can create a welcoming environment w
