DESCRIPTION:The Four-Course Living program offered by Johnson County Exten
 sion works with adults with developmental disabilities to discover the im
 portance of good nutrition\, safety\, planning\, and preparation through 
 a series of hands-on cooking classes. Menu: Cauliflower crust pizza\, 4 i
 ngredient mini pies (lemon\, chocolate\, butterscotch\, banana. Each grou
 p may register up to 6 individuals not counting staff\, family members or
  drivers and only 1 class per month. Staff and/or family members are invi
 ted to observe and join us for a meal at no additional cost. Class paymen
