DESCRIPTION:Register for this Session on workshops.utk.edu\n\nBased in Amy
  Edmundson’s book The Fearless Organization (2018)\, this session will br
 iefly summarize key concepts of psychological safety and how it can affec
 t individual and team satisfaction and performance. Participants will the
 n anonymously assess how psych safety is fostered and what challenges may
  be present within their work environment. They will then engage in a sho
 rt breakout activity to explore several strategies for fostering psycholo
 gically safer teams. Strategies can include: appreciative listening\, cla
 rifying shared expectations & purpose\; pro-active inquiry\; destigmatizi
 ng failure\; modeling inclusivity\; & continuous renewal. Lastly\, partic
 ipants will be encouraged to set a goal to foster increased psychological
  safety for themselves and their team.\n\nSession Zoom link sent to those
