DESCRIPTION:Leadership and Lunch workshops are monthly round table discuss
 ions that allow SFL members to come together to engage in conversations r
 elated to one of the five ASPIRE pillars: Accountable\, Connected\, Engag
 ed\, Holistic\, and Innovative. The format of these workshops is rooted i
 n restorative justice practices. Participants will leave with a better un
 derstanding of restorative justice\, new connections\, and tangible ways 
 to make positive change within their chapter.\n\nRather than chapter pres
 idents attending these workshops\, we ask that you send general members t
 o give them the opportunity to connect with SFL and LMU staff and meet pe
 ers in other chapters. CPC and IFC chapters are required to send 2 member
 s\, and BGC and MGC chapters are required to send 1 member. Do not send n
 ew members\, as the workshops are meant for students who are familiar wit
 h your chapter and the SFL community.\n\n2026-2027 Workshop Schedule:\n\n
