DESCRIPTION:The Rutgers Debate Tournament is a competitive intercollegiate
  parliamentary debate tournament and an important opportunity for members
  of the Washington University Debate Team to gain high-quality competitiv

 ry rounds followed by elimination rounds. Attendance allows us to further
