 ation program will host a conversation with Erin Hanson (B.S.E. '86)\, CE
 HD alum and co-founder of Guardian Sports\, on Wednesday\, Nov. 11\, from
  12:30-1:30 p.m. The location will be announced soon.\n\nGuardian Sports 
 works to create safer equipment for athletes at every level. Some example
 s include:\n\nThe Guardian Cap\, launched in 2012\, is worn by over 500\,
 000 athletes and mandated by the NFL and CFL after proving its ability to
  reduce impact forces. Guardian introduced the SoftShox Chinstrap in 2025
 \, the first safety chinstrap engineered to absorb facemask impacts. In l
 acrosse\, the PEARL line revolutionized the game with the first greaseles
 s\, U.S.-made lacrosse balls that stay in spec. Guardian developed a USDA
 -certified\, bio-based infill and the Astropad underlayment\, creating sa
 fer\, cleaner turf systems nationwide. The LOOP\, developed with Schutt\,
  brings the same protection to flag football and non-helmeted sports.At t
