SUMMARY:Rights & Records: Germany’s Stasi Records Archive & Ireland’s Nati

LOCATION:Connolly House Andover Room\, Boston College\, 300 Hammond Street
 \, Chestnut Hill\, MA 02467\, USA

(University of Galway) and James Smith (Boston College)\, pulling in vari

US\, the UK\, and Germany. Working closely with Ms. Patricia Carey\, the
Special Advocate for Survivors of Institutional Abuses\, the group is en

archival practitioners\, and civil society\, to debate and draft a "Frame
work Document" to help negotiate a path towards human rights-based pres\n
