 ur mindset and overall mental health. Then we will learn about different 
 outlets and techniques to keep in our toolbox if we are ever feeling over
 whelmed or down. For our activity\, we will create a personalized stack o
 f affirmation cards. The purpose of Mindset Matters is to understand the 
 importance of how powerful your mindset is and the importance of speaking
  life over yourself. Oftentimes\, as a teacher\, you get burned out quick
 ly\, or you are expected to be the “perfect” teacher\, and when you make 
 a mistake\, it can feel like you are a failure. The purpose of this event
