  build resilience through art\, mindfulness and reflection. No artistic e
 xperience is needed. Just a willingness to explore new ways of coping\, c
 onnecting\, and caring for yourself along other students.\n\nJoin us begi
 nning Thursday\, September 17th\, 2026\, from 2:00-4:00pm.\n\nTry group c
 ounseling! Many students find it helpful to connect with peers who unders
