DESCRIPTION:The purpose of the CNAHS x African Students Association Mental
  Health Awareness Event is to create an open and supportive space to disc
 uss mental health and the stigma surrounding mental health within African
  communities. This event will encourage students to have honest conversat
 ions about cultural and family perspectives on mental health and balancin
 g cultural expectations with personal well-being. Key activities will inc
 lude hot-takes-like discussions where there will be open conversation.\n\
 nThe CNAHS x African Students Association Mental Health Awareness Event a
 ims to create a safe and comfortable space for students to talk about men
 tal health and how it can be viewed differently across African and Black 
 communities. Through open conversations and interactive activities\, the 
 event will explore how culture and family can affect how people talk abou
 t and handle mental health. The event will give students a chance to shar
 e their experiences\, hear different perspectives\, and connect with othe
 rs in a supportive and welcoming environment.\n\nKey Activities:\n\n• Hav
