DESCRIPTION:A General Assembly is a meeting where all residents living on 
 campus are welcome. These meetings serve as a time for all of Hall Counci
 l come together to conduct official business\, share updates\, and make d
 ecisions. During these meetings\, members hear reports from the executive
  board and advisors\, discuss upcoming events and programs\, vote on prop
 osals\, and bring forward ideas or concerns from their residence halls. G
 eneral Assemblies are also a space for professional and leadership develo
 pment\, as members gain experience in public speaking\, collaboration\, p
 roblem-solving\, and decision-making. These meetings ensure that everyone
  stays informed\, involved\, and able to contribute to the growth of both
  the council and their own leadership skills\, making them the central sp
 ace for planning\, development\, and community-building within Hall Counc
