DESCRIPTION:Residents are invited to explore cultures around the world thr
 ough A World Of Flavors\, hosted by RAM Merielle in collaboration with th
 e Office of Global Education during International Education Week. This wo
 rkshop will feature various food stations representing Germany (German Sw
 eets)\, Mexico (Jamaica)\, Italy (Pizza)\, and China (Eggrolls). Before t
 hey get their food\, they will hear a short presentation about some stude
 nt life experiences studying abroad. After\, they would partake in an int
 eractive activity led by one of the students and myself.\n\nThis program 
 aims to foster curiosity about the world\, promote appreciation for cultu
 ral differences\, and strengthen connections among residents through a sh
 ared learning experience.\n\nLearning Outcomes:\n\n• Equity & Inclusion: 
 Residents will engage with cultural traditions from four countries to dev
 elop appreciation for people from different backgrounds and perspectives.
 \n\n• Critical thinking: Residents will expand their own horizons of what
  they can do in college and how they can develop themselves through study
  abroad programs.\n\n• Collaborative Leadership: Residents will exchange 
 perspectives with peers and engage in shared learning to grow cross-cultu
 ral connections.\n\nThrough this collaborative program with the Office of
  Global Education\, residents will develop greater awareness of internati
 onal cultures and the value of global engagement. By exploring diverse cu
 linary dishes and connecting with students who have experience studying \
