 larly focus and interdisciplinary community\, this full-day retreat provi
 des quiet work environments\, structured writing blocks\, and opportuniti
 es to connect with colleagues across the college over lunch.\n\nWhether y
 ou are drafting a monograph chapter\, preparing a journal submission\, or
  refining a grant proposal\, we welcome you to join us in advancing your
