SUMMARY:Embracing Change: Turning Setbacks into Growth

DESCRIPTION:Embracing Change is an interactive workshop designed to help p
 articipants recognize change as a natural part of personal growth\, refra
 me setbacks as opportunities for learning\, and build resilience through 
 self-reflection. The event encourages participants to explore how they re
 spond to change\, identify meaningful turning points in their lives\, and
  develop a more adaptable mindset while remaining true to their personal 
 values.\n\nThe event will begin with an anonymous opening poll asking par
 ticipants whether they generally embrace change or tend to avoid it. Faci
 litators will use the results to lead a discussion about why change can f
 eel uncomfortable and how uncertainty\, fear\, and past experiences influ
 ence our responses.\n\nParticipants will then complete a Pivot Timeline a
 ctivity\, creating a personal timeline that highlights two major turning 
 points in their lives. Through guided reflection\, they will consider how
  these experiences shaped their perspectives\, what they learned from cha
 llenges\, and how they adapted along the way.\n\nBy the end of the worksh
 op\, participants will have an opportunity to reflect on their personal g
 rowth\, recognize the value of life's unexpected changes\, and identify s
 trategies for approaching future challenges with greater confidence and r
