SUMMARY:Escbribiendo en Mi Cuaderno
LOCATION:Anthony Hall
DESCRIPTION:Picture this: You come home after a long day of classes\, feel
ing completely drained and exhausted. You want nothing more than to relax
  and unwind\, but instead\, you're greeted by an 18-page physics review f
or your 8 a.m. exam.\n\nJoin Students of Caribbean Ancestry (SOCA) for an
evening of creativity\, relaxation\, and academic productivity! Whether
you're looking to channel your inner Bella from Twilight through journali
ng or lock in for an upcoming exam\, this event offers the perfect balanc
e of self-care and studying.\n\nSOCA will provide mini journals for stude
nts to personalize and take home\, encouraging them to develop healthy ou
tlets for stress relief and self-expression. We believe that mental healt
h and well-being are just as important as academic success\, and having a
space to reflect and unwind can make all the difference.\n\nAlongside jo
urnaling\, we will host a collaborative study session where students can
work on assignments\, prepare for exams\, and motivate one another in a w
elcoming and supportive environment. Our goal is to create a space where
MSU students can prioritize their well-being while feeling empowered to s
 ucceed academically.\n\nhttp://next-to-u.app/events/c8ec6290-dfc5-4047-93
