DESCRIPTION:The Associated Students Board of Directors (BOD) is the conclu
 sive decision-making body for the overall operations of the Associated St
 udents organization and represents the wide-ranging network of student pa
 rticipation in campus shared governance. Chaired by the AS President\, th
 e voting membership is comprised of six elected student representatives\,
  the University VPs of Student Affairs and Business and Finance\, and a f
 aculty representative. The Board is directly responsible for upholding or
  approving actions of its network of committees and the comprehensive cor
 porate affairs of the organization.\n\nMeetings are open for anyone to at
 tend. All meeting information\, including the meeting agenda\, will be po
