DESCRIPTION:Dear Academic Program Representatives\,\n\nThe Office of the P
 rovost is pleased to announce the implementation of a new platform for an
 nual learning outcomes assessment reporting: Strategic Planning Online (S
 POL).\n\nBeginning this reporting cycle\, all academic programs will use 
 SPOL to create and submit annual assessment reports. To ensure a smooth t
 ransition and provide hands-on support\, we are offering five SPOL Assess
 ment Open Laboratory Training Sessions designed specifically for academic
  program representatives.\n\nTraining Requirement\n\nBecause SPOL will no
 w serve as the university's official assessment reporting system\, all us
 ers responsible for entering or managing assessment reports are required 
 to attend one of the training sessions listed below.\n\nSession Dates\n\n
 • Wednesday\, September 30\n\n• Friday\, October 16\n\n• Tuesday\, Octobe
 r 27\n\n• Thursday\, November 12\n\n• Tuesday\, November 24\n\nTime: 12:0
 0 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.\nLocation: Library 204A\n\nEach session will include a
  combination of group instruction and individualized support:\n\n• 12:10 
 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Guided training and demonstration of the SPOL platform
 \n\n• 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Open lab with one-on-one assistance\n\n• 1:
 10 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.: Guided training and demonstration of additional SPOL
  features and reporting requirements\n\n• 1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.: Open lab
  with one-on-one assistance\n\nParticipants are encouraged to bring their
  most current curriculum map\, as the training will include a hands-on ac
