 s. The evening gives analysts and interested students a relaxed Thanksgiv
 ing-themed way to reflect on the fall\, thank the mentors and teammates w
 ho helped them along the way\, and set goals for the spring. Attendees wi
 ll write gratitude notes to fellow members\, share what they learned this
  semester in small groups\, and fill out a short goal-setting card for th
 e spring\, followed by a shared meal. The event aims to strengthen team s
 pirit within RNEF\, welcome newcomers who are curious about the fund\, an
 d send everyone into the spring semester feeling connected and motivated.
