DESCRIPTION:UR Medicine Orthopaedics & Physical Performance invites Strong
  Memorial Hospital employees to receive a FREE Orthopaedic Health Screen 
 every Monday 1:30-3:30 and Friday 8-12. Screens are offered at SMH\, in v
 arious rooms listed on the sign-up. Have a customized musculoskeletal pro
 file created for you\, were we will help identify limitations/impairments
 \, offer corrective exercises\, discuss current exercise routine\, and co
 mpare your year-over-year results.\n\nThe screen combines an electronic q
 uestionnaire with a 3D video movement analysis. We build an individualize
 d profile for each participant and review it line-by-line. If impairments
  are identified\, you may be eligible to work with our team of physical t
 herapists and athletic trainers for 11 FREE sessions at one of our outpat
 ient clinics.\n\nIf Mondays and Fridays do not work or you prefer our tea
 m comes to your work area to complete screens for you and your coworkers\
