DESCRIPTION:Learn the fundamentals of creating accessible PDFs using Adobe
  Acrobat Pro. In this hands-on workshop\, you'll learn how to evaluate PD
 F accessibility\, use Acrobat's accessibility tools and reading views\, r
 un accessibility checks\, and remediate common issues through proper docu
 ment tagging. The session will also introduce more complex accessibility 
 challenges and best practices for addressing them.\n\nPrerequisite: Parti
 cipants should have a foundational understanding of web accessibility and
  are encouraged to complete the Basic Web Accessibility (BWA) training be
 fore attending this workshop.\n\nSoftware Requirement: Participants must 
 have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro installed\, as this is not a
  computer lab session. Adobe Acrobat Pro is included with Adobe Creative 
 Cloud for Education\, which can be requested through the UNR OIT Adobe Cr
 eative Cloud request process.\n\nIf you do not have Adobe Acrobat Pro ins
 talled before the training\, we recommend rescheduling for a future sessi
 on. You are also welcome to attend the session to observe and then partic
 ipate in a future offering once you have access to the software.\n\nSched
