 e to share experiences and to reflect on how family impacts different asp
 ects of our lives. Together\, we will learn how to reduce family-related 
 distress\, how to find strengths and opportunities within our support sys
 tems (those we were born into and those we create) and to increase our se
 lf-awareness and well-being. This group is open to all. Led by Aidan Kart
 ha\, MA and Rebekah Nathan\, MA.\n\nAfter 2-3 weeks\, enrollment will be
