DESCRIPTION:Description\n\nThe Employee Onboarding Advisory Committee invi
 tes faculty and staff to attend listening sessions to share their experie
 nces\, ideas and perspectives about FGCU's onboarding process for new emp
 loyees.\n\nThe committee will use this feedback to identify key themes an
 d define the essential elements of the FGCU onboarding experience. The re
 commendations will then be refined through focus groups in the spring\, w
 ith final onboarding guidelines going to Cabinet for approval and impleme
 ntation by May 2027. Supervisor training will follow to support implement
