 ew employees can register for Benefits Orientation via the UC Learning Ce
 nterRegistrants will be emailed a confirmation with a Benefits Orientatio
 n packet link and Zoom invitation link. New employees or those newly elig
 ible for benefits should attend within their Period of Initial Eligibilit
 y (PIE). You will learn about the university's health plans\, disability\
 , life\, accident insurance\, and other UC benefits programs\, retirement
  benefits\, and receive answers to questions you may have about UC benefi
 ts. Be sure to attend within your PIE\, or 31 days from the date of hire 
 or transfer to a benefits-eligible position\, to enroll in benefits.\n\nI
