DESCRIPTION:Part of the Early Childhood Workforce Development program\, in
  this training discover how play builds meaningful learning in early chil
 dhood! This engaging 60-minute training helps educators understand play-b
 ased learning\, use intentional teaching strategies\, design inviting env
 ironments\, and move beyond worksheets and flashcards to support curiosit
 y\, creativity\, problem-solving\, and whole-child development.\n\nThe Ea
 rly Childhood Workforce Training is offered to early childhood providers 
 for the purpose of meeting the annual Nevada State Early Childhood traini
 ng requirements. Employees must complete a minimum of 24 hours of trainin
 g annually to continue employment in a licensed childcare center or home 
 care.\n\nThis training is just one of a variety of research-based trainin
 g topics that are presented by the Workforce development team. All traini
