DESCRIPTION:This workshop focuses on creating inclusive student organizati
 ons where all members feel welcome and valued. Participants will learn st
 rategies for inclusive event planning and for building a sense of belongi
 ng in in-person\, virtual\, and hybrid spaces. The session also covers ho
 w to set inclusive team norms and intentionally involve voices that are o

 pt 15 to Dec 8 . Hosted on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 in STEM 3201 with a 
 different topic each week.\n\n.\n\nThose who complete more than 6 session
 s get a certificate of completion and have the Series added to their Spar
