 ip development program designed to help first-year students build essenti
 al leadership skills\, strengthen their confidence\, and successfully tra
 nsition into the university community. Through interactive workshops focu
 sed on personal and professional growth\, students will develop skills in
  areas such as leadership\, communication\, and self-awareness. Participa
 nts who complete all program requirements will receive a micro-credential
 \, certificate of completion\, and an orange Pick lapel pin recognizing t
