DESCRIPTION:Mindful of Earth is a 7-week nature-based mindfulness journey 
 on the UPC campus that can be taken as a standalone\, drop-in sessions or
  as a complete series. In each session\, we will explore different embodi
 ed awareness and Earth-honoring practices for healing and wellbeing. Mind
