 thodology prescribed by statue on the valuation of agricultural land for 
 Ad Valorem tax purposes in Oklahoma. Emphasis is placed on data collectio
 n\, sources\, screening and confirmation. Valuation using a weighted comb
 ination of sales and capitalization rentals is discussed and applied in a
  comprehensive case study. This course consists of seven hours of classro
