DESCRIPTION:Sometimes the biggest obstacle to self-care is simply making t
 he time to do it! Join us and drop in for a weekly scheduled time dedicat
 ed for intentional self-care practice. Each week we will practice a new s
 elf-care activity ranging from creative activities to mindful activities 
 and everything in-between! This workshop is in person at the Henderson Li
 brary on Tuesdays from 1:15 PM to 2:45 PM. This workshop is free and open
