  and outreach\, she specializes in advancing SAV research\, restoration\,
  and monitoring across freshwater and marine ecosystems. Her work connect
 s science and communities through collaborative conservation\, community 
 science\, and efforts to address marine debris and restore coastal habita
 ts.\n\nLooking for Seagrass and Its Little Friends\n\nJennifer Biddle is 
 the Mary A.S. Lighthipe Professor at the School of Marine Science and Pol
 icy. She is an expert in microbial ecology and environmental nucleic acid

 ican Society of Microbiology and a Fellow of the American Geophysical Uni
