DESCRIPTION:The LeaderShape workshop "Empower" is an in -person workshop t
 hat helps student leaders understand how to focus on member engagement st
 rategies. The learning objectives for this program include:\n\n• Outcome 
 #1: Participants understand the role of empowerment in organizations.\n\n
 • Outcome #2: Participants assess the presence of empowerment in their or
 ganization.\n\n• Outcome #3: Participants engage in possibility leadershi
 p to create greater organizational empowerment.\n\nThe LeaderShape "Empow
 er" is a part of a three-part curriculum designed to re-invigorate studen
 t organizations from the ground up. Students must complete the "Align" wo
 rkshop before they can register for the "Empower" and "Sustain" LeaderSha
 pe programs. The curriculum must be completed in the following order: "Al
 ign\," "Empower\," "Sustain."\n\nThe LeaderShape "Empower" workshop is fa
