 SC Pacific Asia Museum is honored to welcome monks from the Namgyal Monas
 tery Dharma Center for the creation of a traditional sand mandala. Over f
 our days\, the monks will carefully construct an intricate design using c
 olored sand. Once completed\, the mandala will be ceremonially dismantled
 \, reflecting the Buddhist teaching that all material things are imperman
 ent.\n\nVisitors are invited to observe the creation of the mandala durin
 g the museum hours of 1:00-5:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00-5:00 PM on Satur
 day. Viewing is included with the museum’s $15 general admission. Learn m

 ution ceremony will be held during our Free Second Sunday program on Sund
