DESCRIPTION:The Employee Onboarding Advisory Committee invites faculty and
  staff to attend listening sessions to share their experiences\, ideas an
 d perspectives about FGCU's onboarding process for new employees.\n\nThe 
 committee will use this feedback to identify key themes and define the es
 sential elements of the FGCU onboarding experience. The recommendations w
 ill then be refined through focus groups in the spring\, with final onboa
 rding guidelines going to Cabinet for approval and implementation by May 
 2027. Supervisor training will follow to support implementation of the ne
