  is a virtual therapeutic group designed for UT faculty and staff who exp
 erience ADHD\, autism\, or executive functioning challenges. Whether you’
 re having trouble getting started\, staying on task\, or simply want supp
 ortive company while you work\, this group offers structure\, accountabil
 ity\, and connection.\n\nEach session includes:\n• A brief arrival medita
 tion to settle in\n• A short\, practical skill to support focus or time m
 anagement\n• A quiet work period alongside others\n• A closing grounding 
 activity\n\nBring a task—big or small—and drop in as you are. Come to one
  session or many\; you’re welcome any time it works for you.\n\nRegister
