DESCRIPTION:Join Tau Beta Pi Ohio Mu for a 2-day professional development 
 workshop centered on Communication skills! During this event\, participan
 ts will learn how to communicate in unfamiliar situations and utilize fir
 st contact with new people\, tasks\, and resources\; have meaningful one-
 on-one conversations to resolve ability\, motivation\, and interpersonal 
 problems\; and explain technically complex topics to those with varying b
 ackgrounds and expertise. All students within the College of Engineering 
 and Computer Science are invited to attend this free event!\n\nSchedule f
 or the event will be as follows:\nWed Nov 18\, 5:30-7:30pm: Introduction 
 and Module 1\, "First Contact: Communicating with Purpose"\nThurs Nov 19\
 , 5:30-7:30pm: Module 2\, "Let's Talk: Communicating about Problems" and 
 Module 3\, "It's Complicated: Communicating about Complexity"\n\nEngineer
 ing Future Leaders (EFL) is the professional development program of Tau B
 eta Pi\, the Engineering Honor Society. Since the 1980s\, the program has
  provided professional skills training to help engineering students and p
 ractitioners develop non-technical skills essential for personal and prof
 essional success. The program grew from chapter officer training workshop
 s developed and delivered by member volunteers\, and expanded to serve co
 llege students when curriculum was donated by a professional skills train
