DESCRIPTION:Connecting Without the Mask is a welcoming\, neurodiversity-af
 firming group for neurodivergent college students who want to build meani
 ngful connections while learning more about themselves and others. This i
 sn't about changing who you are or teaching you to "act neurotypical." In
 stead\, we'll explore social experiences through the lens of neurodiversi
 ty\, celebrate individual strengths\, and develop practical strategies th
 at support authentic relationships.\n\nTopics may include\, but are not l
 imited to\, friendships and relationships\, masking\, neurotypical expect
 ations\, rejection sensitivity\, building confidence\, navigating misunde
 rstandings\, dysregulation\, and burnout.\n\nWe will connect with one ano
 ther through conversation\, psychoeducation\, and activities/games.\n\nPl
