SUMMARY:Seeds of Remembrance
LOCATION:https://app.suitable.co/institution/5366/activities/796188
DESCRIPTION:Seeds of Remembrance is a gathering dedicated to honoring the
Indigenous Garden at Belmont University and recognizing the enduring pres
ence\, histories\, and contributions of Indigenous peoples. As we gather
in this sacred space of learning and growth\, we acknowledge the Indigeno
us communities who have stewarded these lands for generations and reflect
on our responsibility to cultivate respect\, understanding\, and meaning
ful relationships with one another and the earth.\n\nRooted in the unders
tanding that the seeds we plant today shape the future we share\, this ev
ent invites participants into a moment of remembrance\, gratitude\, and c
onnection. Through prayer\, reflection\, and community\, we honor the lan
d\, the Indigenous knowledge it carries\, and the relatives who have come
before us and those yet to come.\n\nessence.collins@belmont.edu\n\nhttp:
